Very bad service.
Nancy was my tax lady who graciously helped me with my taxes. I tried to use Turbo Tax and was told that I wasn't going to be getting anything back. Nancy not only found me money, but a lot more then what I was expecting. I love how personable and friendly Nancy was, it was like seeing an old friend that you haven't seen for awhile. I would recommend this place since they were able to get me in right away and get everything done quickly.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Horrible customer service. Have had to go back there three times to get my taxes straightened out. Also they don't know what they are doing nor do they want to listen to what you are trying to explain to them. The lady I was dealing with actually tried to start a fight with me as well. Plus I had to send my own forms into the IRS, what the hell am I paying these people for? Will not be using HR block ever again!
