The black lady that works the front desk was extremely rude, and couldn't care a less about my tax problem, and all this while she was double fisting fried chicken..she better not lose that job cause she wouldn't even make a greeters job at walmart.
The lady there was combative and mean spirited and seemed to make an effort to not help. Dealing with this office is a nightmare.
I just spent an hour at this office with Ms. Ellis. It was my first experience at the IRS office. She was absolutely wonderful. She was informative, helpful, and gave us quite a tax education. I could not be happier with her professionalism and knowledge. I hope to obtain her services again.
I was hesitant about going to the local IRS office given the horrible reviews, however, I had a wonderful experience working with Renae Lords. Renae was professional and courteous. I would recommend making an appointment online or over the phone before going there in person.
AVOID IF ALL POSSIBLE. Seriously if I could give this place a negative rating I would. I was the first person there with an appointment. 8:30. The lady was so horribly rude. For no given reason. I did nothing but need her to do some work. & sometimes with those jobs I usually give the benefit of the doubt and assume the person had a long tiring day. But. I WAS THE FIRST PERSON OF HER DAY. It can only get worse from there. I truly wish I knew her name so I could put her on blast but I don't. I was so offended by her that I had to leave. When you met her you'll know... and I'm sorry that you'll have to experience that too.
