Clean place the outlets could be updated but I carry a portable charger nontheless. I travel a lot by bus the night people were very nice I travel with 3 kids alone because my husband works in management. This was the only station with a play area for our kiddos I thought that was a nice touch. Unfortunately the rude elderly woman working there in the morning hated children obviously and probably her job. I ride a long trip with 3 kids from Mt to Virginia then back again every summer. Well needless to say this was the first time I have ever had some lady rudely come outside and yell at me to watch my kids even though I can clearly see them in the window because they were running around inside. Well FYI rude lady kids are kids and after a 4 day long trip because your buses can't get their job right and are late picking people up we had an extra day so a 6 and 7 year old little person is likely to need to run off some steam. I know the real reason you were angry was because of the water my 10 year old spilled. I watched you walk in on your shift and look at me and my children with disgust at the mess they made and I cleaned it up twice and left it spotless. I hope you get fired but if you don't you really did embarrass the wrong lady. I'm putting the word out to the homeless in the area about you and your life will be hell. Have a nice life jerk or not sorry not sorry.
Very helpful staff. Had 12 hour layover at the station, that long of a layover in a bus station really sucks. It wasn't there fault they are still working on the Bozeman, MT station. Over all good service.
The staff and the bus drivers are very rude! Don't tell them they lost your luggage or they threaten to kick you off the bus! Every time I ride a Jefferson lines bus there's always an issue. The worse experiences happened to me in minnesota, North Dakota, Billings MT , Missoula MT. I feel Jefferson lines trains the staff to treat people poorly
Its sad how people treat the customers. This will be the last time i ride. I know you guys dont care but how i was treated you will.
I came in from A city. I had jist found out a family friend died. Tried to get my head together. Lady that does the luggage very disrespectful. Closed the sort as i putting my bags down amd the door hits me in my head. In really over the disrespect. Nice to white people disrespectful/rude to anyone black. This is not the 1st or 2nd or 3rd time I have seen the racist actions. The driver was rude pointed out that people that sit in thw back are smoking door. I will kick your ass off the bus. Hmmm is that profiling or just putting people in a category. Didn't know it was wrong to WANT to sit in the back of the bus.
Excellent service, above and beyond the call of duty from the CSR. we had an 11 hour layover and they gave us pads and blankets to sleep on in the lobby. Also, she let us use her personal MacBook to order a pizza. Very nice.
