We have needed to rent a vehicle many times in the past few months and chose this location, (downtown Billings) over the airport and West End. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They have worked with us so many times they greet my husband by name. I strongly recommend them for any rental car needs.
Excellent customer service.. nice vehicle. Decent prices.. Would have been nice to have been told middle seats fold forward and in to floor .. or added storage. Seats uncomfortable. But over all decent.
