I've used MasterLube for years for in and out car washes. I was disappointed their broadwater location closed years ago. The last three times I took my car in, they did substandard work. I didn't complain. However this last time I went in, I didn't know the prices went up. When the guy circled the amount to which I would be paying I spoke up. The guy proceeded to argue with me. I was looking at him at aww like dude, i'm the one paying your salary. Why are you arguing with a customer? I waited for my car, got in, got home, picked up my daughter. I noticed many areas that were smeared on the inside and on the outside, I had armorall spry residual all over the bottom trim of my car. I'm currently looking for somewhere else to take my car. I was truely disappointed.
They are strictly oil change
The coffee splats in the fully exposed and accessible cup holder in my F-150 were armour-alled and we're shiny coffee splats. Drivers door had simple large dirt patch which had never seen a human hand or mechanical brush. I wiped it with a paper towel to remove it. When they asked what I thought of their work, I told her and she treated me like I had the plague, with a snarl. Will never use these folks again. This all happened about a year or more, ago, hopefully things have changed. I didn't "hover" while they worked but instead took the dog for a walk.
I don't trust mechanical car washes - too many scratches and they don't do a good enough job. These guys do everything by hand! Me and my car feel like a million bucks when they are done!
