This is one of the worst places in the USA to break down. After 5pm or on the weekend you'll probably be here till Monday, maybe more. Unless you call Josh. I popped a trailer air bag, Sunday at 10am. I managed to reach three repair facilities. One even a major brand chain who's name starts with an "i". All three said they'd call me back but only Josh did. He came down in his personal vehicle, got the part # of the air bag and TXTed me 20min later that he'd found one and was going to get it. I'd actually fallen asleep at the time and only realized the good news later. Not long after he returned with his service truck and made the repair right there at the Pilot and I was out of there by 2pm.
I drove Canadian Pork to California for ten year's crossing through here twice a week and I know how bad it is.
Josh and his wife stopped to help me and my family one mile west of Columbus Montana when one of my trailer bearings went bad. The wheel drum came apart and pieces bounced into the grass starting fires. He and another man that stopped pulled out their fie extinguishers and stopped it from becoming a major event. I didn't even see the fire since I was a quarter mile further down the road putting out the grease fire in my wheel drum. After the fires were put out Josh offered to help with the repair. We called Billings RV but they were backlogged 10 days. We had the camper towed to Josh's shop and he had our axle replaced and down the road in less than 24 hours. We spent an unexpected night at Kelly's Best Western and the kids loved it. Josh offered to let us stay in our camper in his repair yard with electricity but Best Western's pool won out. Josh charges a premium price for premium and quality work.
Absolutely wonderful!! Needed an air can replaced on my tanker. They were fast and cheap. Will return again!
