When my father passed away in 2015 Creamation Funeral Gallery made a difficult situation less difficult. My father was treated with respect and honor. My father served in the Army for over 20 years and every detail was placed from the way his hair was combed to the way his hand laid next to him. My mom passed away in 2017 and Creamation Funderal Gallery was who my family called. My mom looked beautiful. They paid attention to every detail down to the way the pleat of her dress fell into place. I could never thank the staff at Creamation Funeral Gallery enough. Thank you! Thank you!
I had the pleasure and joy of attending a funeral handled by Cremation & Funeral Gallery recently.. They are a family that is very close and dear to my heart and I would have not recommended any other funeral home for my close friends. They are without a doubt the best, caring and most trustworthy funeral home a family could ask for. They where there for me and my family twice in a short amount of time making arrangements worry free. You know your loved one is in good hands with these people. Tanya has created a wonderful staff that goes above and beyond the call of duty. Forever thankful year after year.

It is with great pleasure to write this review regarding the owner, director, and staff for the outstanding service they gave my family when my father passed away. They went out of their way to ensure all steps that needed to be handled were taken care of with me having not to worry about anything during this most difficult time. The obituary was written and they were very helpful in making sure nothing was left out with their suggestions as this was a very hard task for all of us and we wanted to ensure that we said everything we wanted in the amount of space we wanted to use. The professionalism that was displayed is one I will never forget. I appreciate all the love and compassion they showed my family during this difficult time and truly recommend their services to anyone.
Absolute Lying Cheats! They gave my family a quote for everything, had my family member cremated and when it was time to pick up the urn, they dropped an addition 300 Dollars for a obituary posting as well as tried to charge us 180 Dollars just to look at our family members body, so we could give our goodbyes. All these Charges were never mentioned and brought up during the original quote from their funeral services. They added them after the fact and just expected us to pay, if not, they would not hand over the ashes of our father, "Who was a Navy Veteran from World War Two". That is low and Pathetic to take advantage of a family like that. Never go here for a funeral services, much better ones somewhere else in Billings. They lie, cheat, and overcharge you during a painful time in you life!
