I want to thank Joe for taking care of my sons car. They pulled out two gallons of water from my sons engine. Not sure how that can even happen, but they were able to get the car up and running beautifully! I would highly recommend their services to anyone!
I have to add to my earlier review. Once my Mom's vehicle was towed to another mechanic, our regular mechanic in Laurel, and he looked it over and discovered the compressor is fine, doesn't need replaced!! The two belts that Grumpy Old Men had replaced, and then took out and put back the old ones back in after we told them not to...those two belts were bad...PLUS now a third belt had been demolished...on purpose by Grumpy Old Men. We figured out this third belt was the same belt my Mom saw a mechanic at Grumpy Old Men messing with when she went to meet the tow guy and discovered her vehicle had been pulled back into the garage after telling them not to touch it, because we didn't trust anyone at Grumpy Old Men at this point. We also found out that the man at Grumpy Old Men told the tow truck man from AAA that the vehicle did not need towed, it could be fixed there, and didn't need towed because it was driveable now. So my Mom received a call from AAA saying they were not going to pay for the tow because it was a "tow of convenience"... WOW! I am sorry, but I could list even more details from this terrible experience, but I just had to put this new information out there. Please do not trust these mechanics, even for a simple repair or maintenance job!!
Reasonably priced, excellent customer service (even if I'm just getting gas!) they're always friendly, patient with my children, and honest about what's going on.
