Your estimate for refinishing the floors, replacing all the quarter round molding and installing new door threshold molding strips was much better than other quotes I received. Much of the floor had been under carpet and stained by previous owner 30+ years ago, scratched and unevenly colored. You explained the entire process to us and gave a timeframe... started and completed the job promptly...and left the house clear of any dust or debris. Pawel did a great job refinishing our floors. We pulled up carpet in several rooms. The rooms now match the hardwood floors in the rest of the house and look amazing! The staircase was in very rough condition and Pawel was honest with what our options would be. We had him rebuild the steps and they are gorgeous. He also kept with the quote we were given in the beginning. If we ever have anything else come up we would call Pawel!
