Be very careful of these folks as I do not believe they lost her Blue Fireray diamond connected to a heart shaped diamond.
Typically I have work done on my pieces by Jensen jewelers in the mall free of charge. I decided to stop by Montague's on my way home to have a link taken out of my watch, which they did in less than five minutes and then charged me ten dollars; however, the gentleman working was friendly. I suppose it is a hard market selling blood diamonds.
There is no rating for a Store that loses a Wedding and engagement ring. Yes they gave my wife another ring but nothing like what she had. She was willing to settle for fear if she did not settle she might not get anything.
Chis Montague provides thoughtful and helpful recommendations. He doesn't push or sell. He allowed me to work through decisions with great patience. He is beyond generous in our community and supports many good organizations. He is the epitome of what a local businessman should be in my book.
The fire ray was small but very pure bought in 1977 and the heart was added after the birth of our Second child.

I do not believe they lost that ring and i sure know they never talked to me. I am the husband that bought the rings. It has been several years ago that this happened and each time I think about it I feel worse.
