The staff at this store are so friendly and helpful! It's conveniently on my way to work, easy drive-thru for drop-off and pick-up and open till 6 pm. My clothes always look great!

My wife took several items to Valet today cleaners instructing them that she wanted them dry-cleaned. One of the items was discolored during the process. The cleaners said to leave it there and they would try to fix it. After 3 weeks of attempting to get the garment back in its original condition, I finally called and talked to the owner, Jason Frank. He told me it was not their fault, they were not going to replace the item and to blame the manufacturer for the discoloration. After he refused to take care of the issue, he hung up on me. Thought that Valet Today was all about customer service. Be very careful because you might be sol like we were.
