I have to give a big shout out to Taylor's Choice in Billings, MT - our Cruise America Dealer. They are the BEST!!! We had 4 large RVs out for a week on two separate occasions, for housing crew. We were doing solar installations on the Northern Cheyenne Reservation, 2 hours away. They provide fantastic customer service, and the rigs are very well maintained. Linda and Mark, the owners, work really hard to make sure that customers are satisfied. The rental location is immaculate, as are the RVs and the appliances, bedding, kitchen kits, etc. that are available for rental. The negative reviews here are referring to a man who no longer works for this company. We encountered him early on, as well. He was terminated for not living up to the high standards of the owners. Do not hesitate to rent from this Cruise America location -- they are top notch!

If you do not feel comfortable by being pressured DO NOT GO HERE, their about making money not friends, and I consider it very expressive.
Absolutely the worst experience ever ! R V was a piece of junk and they sent us our on the road with kids !!!! First. It was not gassed up to full when we got it secondly it was so loud we couldn't even visit nor play the radio or music ! Everything rattled ! Then they never warned us that you absolutely could not drive it with a little bit of wind blowing it kept yanking us over into the other lane which surprisingly nobody got killed !! It rained a little bit the windshield wipers did not work ! They told us we would get 10 to 12 miles per gallon we got 4 miles per gallon they also told us it was unlimited mileage !!! Paying $1000 for two days I would think it would be unlimited wrong !! So I had to pay extra for that also ! The mirrors did not work when we told the owner about it he said yes that they had many complaints about it well wouldn't you think they would fix it then ? Do not go there people it is not safe !!!!
