I have already informed my customers to not go through the USPS again, and neither will I. I have at least 3 sometimes 5 or 6 packages I ship out every week. You have just lost my business and the business of my customers.

I always dread going into the post office they make good money and yet they act like its the end of the world I belive its time the psot office fires all the cranky old people and bring in some new people that care

Pretty awful location. Almost every time I come in the line has 10+ people in it with only one person working the counter, while other employees wander about aimlessly. I've tried calling numerous times about problems with our mail delivery only to get a voicemail. I leave messages and no one ever calls back. We have a cluster mailbox in a new neighborhood and constantly get our neighbors mail and they constantly get ours.

The post office is out dated. It's Saturday at 10:45am they just opened 15 minutes ago and the line is 20-25 customers deep with 1 person behind the counter.

Apparently if they think they can't drive up to the mailbox they won't even try to get off their lazy ass to give you a time sensitive package while you are standing there staring at them 6 feet away... I've never seen such crappy work ethic.

This is ridiculous. I wish I could give the service no stars. I am a business person. I have packages coming in the mail from customers worth HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. Not once but TWICE, USPS has managed to not do their job. Tracking will not update at all and the 2-day priority mail is not priority at all. My customer paid for 2 day priority shipping. It cost over 30$ and it is not here yet. What is the matter here? The products I am shipping out and receiving are not just something that you can buy again if it gets lost. Its one of a kind. I do not play games and neither do my customers. We have entrusted you to get us our product on time and safely and so far, neither of that is happening. I've contacted many people but all I get is herded through an automated system like a cow and so do my customers. Its not right. The best way to contact someone is to a speak human to human. I would almost bet that not one real person works in the USPS.
