Dependable, honest, and thrifty!!! Mr Bruce Tall received our phone call and was quickly on top of meeting our needs. We asked if he could get the roof and gutters/downspouts replaced in a week and he had a crew that re-shingled the roof in a day and didn't run up our electric bill, bringing in there own gas engine air compressors (professional job as this was not our first rodeo at all) and the gutters/downspouts where all cut and replaced 2 days prior to our deadline in 1 day as well. Thank you Bruce. You are a man of integrity!

Bruce Tall Construction did not complete work per the agreed upon contract and yet I was invoiced and forced to pay for the incomplete work. He put a lien on my home two days prior to me closing. Mind you the lien was applied one month after being invoiced from Bruce Tall construction, while I was waiting for the insurance adjuster to cut a check. Per the Bruce Tall construction contract I signed, the only payment that would be my responsibility would be the insurance deductible, so yes I was waiting thinking all was okay and did not know all was not okay until I learned of the lien. I kept Bruce Tall construction informed of the delay in receiving the insurance check and communicated to them frequently, at least weekly. The owner refused to make it right, refused to do the right thing, refused to offer a refund for the incomplete work, and refused to act like a professional business owner. He was unprofessional in my dealings with him. He was extremely rude which included; yelling at me, unsavory language on the phone and a threatening email. I would avoid Bruce Tall construction and look elsewhere in Billings if you want fair dealings.
