This is where my son and his family live the park is well maintained and all the outside of the mobile homes are too
Manager is incredibly rude. Doesn't introduce himself just knocks on your door without warning yells at you without waiting for a response, then walks away.
Very affordable and nice housing and kid and pet friendly!

Management is rude, unfriendly, cold and distant. Lot rent climbs yearly, and improvements are lacking.
