I have been a customer of Al's Mini Storage for a number of years now both in Glendive and Terry, MT. I have had no real issues to speak of so the only reason that I rated them a 4 star instead of 5 stars was because it has taken so long for them to be automated where online payments could be made. We live in such as "app" oriented, busy world these days that ecommerce is just a necessity in order to do more and better business. I think they still could make it a bit more inclusive for what online account information is available but at least they have gotten online.
Clean facility and very helpful staff. Every time I called they answered and were extremely helpful. Priced reasonably.
Al's Storage was the best. I didn't have pay for all the bells and whistles, just simple, honest, and professional customer care. They went above and beyond to accommodate my family, and would highly recommend this storage facility over their competitors as I have experience with may units in town. Al's storage is very user friendly. They return calls promptly and treat me like a person they value. I may admit it is a bummer I have moved out. I feel like I need to call and tell someone goodbye as the service was more than a 10!!! Trust me I move a lot...BEST in town!
Stored at their original location out by The Depot in Sidney for years. Minimal deposit, and fair rent prices for a decent sized space. They could have jacked their prices when the oil boom was happening but they chose to keep their units priced fair. Rent increases were few and far between and reasonable (maybe $5 or $10 a month every few years). The paved lot is awesome compared to a couple other places in town that have just dirt. They are able to provide renters insurance for a reasonable cost. You can set your payment Due Date and the 5 day grace period is a plus if you're running a little behind, or a procrastinator like me.
Good Value. Responsive customer service. Clean Facility. I would definitely use Al's again.
