Getting ready for a colonoscopy is tough, but the staff here made it seem easy. From my prescreening appointment to the actual procedure, everything was smooth and as comfortable as possible. The nurse who prepped me for the procedure was amazing, and the nurses and Dr. Baum were so helpful. This is the place to go for your colonoscopy screening.
Worst experience ever. Do Not Go to this Doctor! His nurse informed me after my colonoscopy that Dr. Baum would not call his patients back. So if I had any questions I would just have to sit on them. Then I got no results for 2 weeks and Noone would call me back. I physically went to the building and they said that Dr Baum could not see me because he was in surgery but that he would "try and get back to me today". Inhumane, ridiculous behavior.
