I highly recommend Jeff at Elk Ridge Electric. He's honest, reliable, personable, and professional. His work is topnotch, and I'm very comfortable having him in my home. He arrives when he says he will, if at all possible. If a job takes longer than expected and puts him a little behind, he calls to keep me posted. In my experience, that kind of thoughtfulness and caring is rare. Jeff and Woody have helped me with several jobs over the last few years, and I've had some strange ones in this house. I've been extremely happy with every outcome.
I could not be more pleased with all of the interactions I have had with this company! Jeff is incredible knowledgeable, and very helpful! He takes the time to explain the process and he is so easy to talk to! not to mention my kids just love him! Woody is a very efficient worker. The few things I have had him work on in my home have turned out wonderful! I am so pleased with them! And I will absolutely be calling them back out to my home!
We moved in our home and Jeff was initially awesome but never fixed our lights in our kitchen after some attempts to fix the bulbs not working, getting hot, and not working. These bulbs are the newer type bulbs We called Jeff to remedy this issue and gave up . Jeff might be good for new construction, not older 1980's updating. We have to call another electrician as the problem is ongoing......
Jeff was extremely helpful when getting the electricity set up at my friend's mobile home. He not only went to Northwest Energy, to expedite the inspection. He was also at the mobile home when their worker came to hook up the power. He went way beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend him!!
