Called in the morning and had a service tech at my house by noon the same day. Found and discussed what options I had to fix the problem. Great company/people to work with.
My mom called these guys while at my house for Thanksgiving, asking them to bid her front-yard tree for Christmas lights. The tree is huge, and so they drove out to look at it before giving her the bid the next day. They said $500, including lights, and that they'd do it with a normal ladder. They only did half the tree, strung the lights vertically, and said if she wanted the top done, she'd have to pay $380 more. My mom (who was home by then) asked them to honor their bid, but they refused. Pirates to the bone! Another electrical outfit happened to be across the street and finished the job for $100. Never use Mountain Electric. They prey on retirees.
