It's too bad though that It's the only full service AT&T Store in Billings. The other ones can't do much for you and we need a full service one in the Heights.
The drive is much too far.
Not happy with the guy that helped me today. He didn't HELP at all. I left mad and MY Dad still paid for his phone in full today! ASS!

I was fortunate the day I went to have my new Samsung Galaxy 8 Plus activated. The man partly responsible for the phone itself was there that day.
Jake at&t is the best. He has great service , just not in khakis. Nobody has time for Jake from state farm.
Mark helped me buy a new phone today and he was fantastic!! I was his last customer but he didn't rush me - despite the fact that I broke my phone on a road trip and was frantic. He helped me get all set up and shared some iPhone tips and tricks. I hope he knows I really appreciate it!
I was trying to shop for my Dad that was in the hospital from a motorcycle accident needed a phone before transferring from hospital to another State. My Dad just wanted to pay for the Whole amount of the new phone! Geeez! I have alot on my plate before this transfere. Thank you for making it worse!!!!!!!!!!! Like I needed this headache!
Gotta say, I went here from out of town to preorder the Note 8. This was not the store I meant to go to. I am glad I did. Troy was amazing. Answered my questions and hooked me up. Great location with awesome employees. Thank you Troy.
