Went here to get my phone fixed. Was very happy with the service.
Paid the fee for repair and was told if it did not work I would be refunded all but a $35 labor fee. Repair didn't work....no money back. They also told me after asking me to bring my phone back in to remove parts, having my phone for 2 days to remove their parts; they now say they didn't remove them -- so they were keeping my money.
Place is a scam! Bought a $200 phone from there that they said worked great! Turns out it never had. The phone was reported with a factory default when it was purchased brand new. They refused to refund me saying that I should have figured that out within 24hours (I had to order a SIM card, took 4 days to get here).
I would not recommend purchasing a phone from this company. I purchased a phone, took it to at&t to have it switched over and they told me the phone was not usable. It still had the previous owners Apple ID. I immediately returned to the store and was helped by another sales associate. He told me he would fix the phone or give us another one comparable within an hour. We returned again and were told it wasn't ready but would be ready by tomorrow. We again returned to the store the next morning. A different associate helped us and said there was nothing he could do for us but refund our money back on my debit card. About 5 days later I received an e-mail from PayPal stating that the refund did not go through due to in sufficient funds. I again had to go back to the store. I waited while they attempted to contact the owner. After about 30 minutes she called and talked to the salesman and he said she would 'look' into it. We asked for her to call us back that day. At this point I am pissed and just want my money back. Again. No phone call. We called again and left another message for her to call back. Only after a third call threatening to call the attorney general did they refund our money.
Great staff who was willing to Answer all my questions. The shop was clean and professional. Would recommend.
