Great customer service. Install entire high efficiency furnace and duct work in a week for very reasonable price. Couldn't be more satisfied.
My 4 yr old had to use the bathroom and we stopped there so she could use it. Workers were very nice to my daughter. Telling her happy birthday and complimeting her hair.
Just had Frank from White Heating at my house today to fix my air conditioner. He was very professional, timely, thorough and friendly. He took the time to answer my questions which is much appreciated. The office staff was also very friendly when I called in and made some suggestions of things to check, again very much appreciated. We have a gas stove in the basement that we purchased about 6 years ago from another store in town. Since year two, we have been having issues with a sensor that turns the fan on and off. Every year we've been to the "other store" and had to purchase a replacement sensor with no indication from them as to what the problem may be and why we are having constantly replace this sensor. One stop to White Heating and Air Conditioning and a visit with Alex, their Fireplace Manager, and the problem is finally fixed. The customer service was incredible, even though we didn't buy the stove from them. Can't say enough good things about their service. The next stove or fireplace we buy will definitely be from them!
We had a new furnace installed last year and than this fall we had issues with the humidifier leaking water. All of our contacts with both sales staff and technicians was great! Very professional. With this 5 star rating, I'd give them a TEN.
