This place was a blessing for me and the nurses and staff were there for me in my darkest hours. They helped me change my life.
I called this crisis center from wisconsin and told them that my daughter who was in montana was going to hurt herself and would someone call her asap, as she would be waiting by the phone. NO ONE CALLED HER. I called the center back and the woman who answered the phone said that the nurse was 'STILL IN A MEETING WITH THE DIRECTOR". If something would have happened to my daughter I would have raised the biggest stink anyone's ever seen. When someone finally did call her (after I called back and yelled), the man couldn't even speak good english and talked about diabetes the whole time. Not about depression and suicide. Some serious training needs to be done at this facility. Who knows how many kids may have actually "done the deed" waiting for the help that never came.
