Place is ruddee. Might be because im colored idk. Worst vehical motor department i have ever encountered. They didnt want to explain to me on how to handle the things i needed to get dont smh. No help at all!!
Need to hire,more tellers.they always move like molasses.none of them Care about the customers (general public) .Have no concept of time.always a line.earky morning is,best if you can make it.otherwise forget it.plan on wasting half a day..at least.........
Everything takes forever and the people who work here make it clear they don't care if they help you or not. If you want a simple question answered you will have to come down and wait in line because the phone number provided here doesn't work.
Do your research and come prepared. They handle a lot of traffic every day and really do a good job. Make an appointment if you can or don't wait until the last day of the month to renew or you'll wait in a long line.
