The service was great!! From my first phone call to the delivery of my vehicle. The quote was very competitive and they were recommended to me by the dealership I do business with here in Spokane. Joe was extremely helpful finding a driver for my car. It was located across the country in Wisconsin. Once a driver was located I had my car in just a few days. Delivered right to my driveway. The process of finding a transporter can be overwhelming. When we found J&S it was different. Communication was great, they were responsive, their price was the best and they delivered the car quickly. We had to postpone delivery at the last second because the car window was found broken when they came to pick up the car. They were able to reschedule without a penalty. Working with J&S was an excellent and stress free experience.We highly recommend them.
Did not transport my car with them but was chatting with them on their website after i got an online quote. The agent named Gerald was very helpful, even though I didnt pay anything yet. I described my situation to him, he called the dispatcher and was very honest to me about how they will handle my case (bad pick up location, snowbird season), told me straight up that my order will most likely be brokered, and will not be picked up at least after a week. did not pressure me but just being very honest in everything. decided to give a review since I know many people rely on reviews to select their hauler and one of the most important factor is transparency and communication. If it was any other time I would book with J&S very quickly.
J&S were great. I have never shipped a vehicle before and I felt a little intimidated finding and trusting a transportation service. The folks at J&S were good with responding promptly and communicating clearly. They were always more than willing to help me understand process and procedure. When we discussed specifics about my vehicle they listened and made sure that we had an equal understanding before ending the conversation.
These people were great. Joe was amazing and kept me posted on the status. I was having a car picked up from an impound in the middle of Montana, in a town of about 50, and he charged me a very fair price, and handled all of the logistics of it. I was very nervous because I am in the middle of a really bad experience with another company that is doing the move for my furniture, and who would have thought this would be easier transaction and quicker delivery time. The driver who dropped off the car, Randy, was also very accommodating and get me posted of his ETA. It even came a day earlier than the ETA, and Joe stayed within the time frame that was on my original quote. I would highly recommend this company for your transport needs.
