I have ordered from them for many months. Tonight, I was highly disappointed in the rudeness I just received. They called to inform me an hour after the order was placed, they forgot to put the order in. It was going to be another 45 minutes before they got it here. When I question the guy on it, he was extremely rude with his response. I had already been told this was how they do business, but didn't believe it. I just experienced the rudeness I was informed about. It is the owner of the company that was speaking to me. He has no concern for customer service apparently. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!
Ordered a pizza to our hotel. Wow quick delivery with plates and napkins and oh boy what a surprise one one the tastiest pizzas I have had in a long time, and I have lived a long time. Ok well done.
We order a couple times a month, best pizza for the price and large menu for those who don't want pizza. We have never been disappointed.
Manager was very rude. When I would try and talk to him he would just talk over me. Their flyer says they have a $15 minimum for delivery. The manager was trying to charge me $10 extra for living 6 miles from the restaurant. I told him that I wasn’t going to pay that that I wanted my food for what the price is and he kept telling me that I was wrong. It was just very poor customer service all over!! I will not order from here again. It used to be one of my favorite places to order from. Makes me sad that I don’t get to anymore. The manager wouldn’t even listen to me and would snap at me and raised his voice.
Always been one of my favorite pizza places is town. Does take a little longer and costs a little more than chains, but the pizza is better and worth it
