Been trying to call for 30 minutes to make an appointment today for my son, unfortunately no one has taken off the after hours recording, so off to the ER I go for a simple thing. I guess if you want to keep it slow and calm just never pick up the phone. Boo to Riverstone Clinic shame on you and your automated phone system.
I am a patient of Riverstone Dental Clinic and really love it. Not only have they provided my husband and me with exceptional, thoughtful and compassionate care - ALWAYS - but the staff are GREAT. They are very friendly and helpful to patients, they are friendly to one another and clearly have a very positive work environment (which I find to be an important indicator of the quality of a business) and they are EXCELLENT at the work that they do. And they really care personally about how you are doing, how you are feeling, and how your condition affects the rest of your life. I feel extremely fortunate to be a patient in the clinic. I tell this to everyone who will listen, and I'm very glad to be able to share this sentiment with a much wider audience through this review. Four thumbs up! (From me AND my hubby!)

Horrible I applied for a position that was posted for 6 months and when I got scheduled for a phone interview they didn't call on the scheduled date. When I tried to follow up to find out what was going on they never replied back! Then after a while I get an email saying Thank you for your interest, but we already hired some one else! Very unprofessional never even want to speak of this place again! If the Human Resources is just as bad as the rest of the organization do not waste your time. Nothing but a bunch of liars!!
Procedure went fine, but for someone who doesn't like pills, when im going to have pain i know is bad i get treated like a lowlife addict. The demeanor of the dentist and assistants changed. They looked at me like i was an addict trying to get my fix. I feel terrible as itis with mouth pain. Never going back there.
