This Burger King is very typical of the culture of other Burger Kings. Customer service is apathetic and/or lethargic. The girl behind the counter was talking on her cell phone and had her back to me when I needed some butter and syrup that she failed to give me the first time. Luckily, another employee, a middle-aged gentleman with a much better work ethic, picked up her slack. Also, they said they were out of forks and I literally had to eat my pancakes with a spoon. Another thing they didn't have available were biscuits. That's another common theme I notice with Burger Kings. One other thing I noticed was the banter between the employees and customers and all the inside jokes. Apparently, this place is the local clique for the degenerates of Billings.
If I could give this zero stars I would. How hard it is to make a plain sandwich? Apparently pretty hard because I literally got extra everything on it instead. Horrible place. I've been calling for awhile now and no one will answer. Not going to that dirty place again except to get my money back.
Advertised woppers for breakfast but " We're cleaning our grill. ( Twice. Different days/ times). Breakfast burrito? Nope. Don't have the vegetables thawed. Ok then...Hardees it is!!! If you keep your lights off, maybe nobody will know you are open and you can nap all night.
It's a bum hangout,they need a good manager on hand 24 hours a day. If they ever hope to make a change. The one on the south side has the same "we hate our jon attitude" but the manager keeps them snapped in shape. The new one on the West End however is really iffy. Now the one by Costco is pretty up and down also but me myself haven't had a bad experience.
When I went through the drive-thru it was fast and easy. No issues .....good food the gal taking my order and the gal on the window were both friendly.
