If you are ok with paying top dollar for a weight watcher size portion filet mignon with a less than half of a piece of twice-baked potato, I say by all means, go here. Also if you don't have a problem with being served a half a cup of soup for $9.00, then you will love it here.
On price, I wouldn't mind paying for something special. This was not special and never could be with the quality of cooking and service currently on offer.
I was persuaded that it would be inappropriate to speak to the manager or complain, possibly bad manners, but your rate and review system gives me a chance to air and share and say, PLEASE respond Ten. Stop pretending this is a fine dining experience.....it's more of a bad joke
I took six family to celebrate with them and had possibly the worst service of my entire life. The waiter needs training and his own delightful opinion of himself is his mirage. Of our 7 meals, two main courses were inedible and a third tasteless. Whoever is in charge of the restaurant needs..............you can probably fill in the space I left
Our first experience there was for a set menu on Valentines Day, and while the decor of red carpet and velvet looking curtains and booths were fitting for the occasion I can't imagine that looking okay any other time. The drinks were good, the food was mostly good, but nothing there, food, drink, or decor warrants the price. My cauliflower soup had chunks of burnt pieces. I took a bite into a huge chunk thinking the little black specs I was seeing in it were pepper. It was a shame too because that soup was the highlight of the food which was mostly bland or was either over or undercooked. And with a price as great as theirs for the food, I doubt we will ever return to see if it was just that one night that was off.
Although the service was good, the food was hit or miss. The steak tacos were really poor. I only managed to eat a portion of one. With overly chewy steak and cold tortillas (which was left behind of the taco I managed to eat), I definitely do not recommend ordering them. My husband had the TEN burger which he said was alright. On the positive side, the deviled eggs were excellent and the fries that came with the burger were good. It is possible that since we caught them at the end of the night, they may have just gotten a bit lazy with prepping our food. The bartender was ultra friendly and provided good service.
Service was great. I ordered $44 strip steak. Although it was cooked properly medium rare. The steak was so tough I could not force myself to eat half. They did offer a free desert and when I refused they gave me 10% off. My wife's ahi tuna was fine but worst quality steak ever.
