Just went to Wendy's in the heights billings Mt. Went through the drive through first time around they forgot my fork and extra vinaigrette. Came back through to receive those and leave only to find they had given me no receipt, given me a smaller burger than what I had ordered and the chicken in my salad was cold and very overcooked. And the lettuce was noticeably wilty
....Overall rating terrible.
I love their food, prices I can easily live with... but god! At this location, the very young staff they hire is the Worst at getting orders correctly placed and delivered in the drive thru. It's about 70% of the time some thing is forgotten, made wrong or charged too much. Hopefully it's only at this location.
Fast and hot food even during long lines ..awesome sauce is awesome
Sometimes the food is a bit off (e.g. soggy fries) but the service has been very reliable in my recent visits.
I absolutely love Wendy's then another fast good place. They always have my food hot and ready by the time I get to the second window. And their Manger there is quite awesome and understandable if I didn't get what I ordered. So thanks and keep up the good work.
