The General Manager of this branch, Marla, provided with me the worst customer service I've ever experienced. She shoved my business out the door with her disrespectful and unprofessional attitude not once but twice. While there on my second visit, she was very short and passive aggressive to another customer as well. I will no longer be taking my business here as customer service for locals is obviously not their forte or anything they hold as a priority. I do have to say that the guy with the red hair has always been very helpful, though. Marla, on the other hand, not the best.
The girl who serviced me was very professional and friendly. Outstanding employee. I had a great experience will be back again.
I printed things here and it worked great for months but then suddenly it got really hard and 90% of the time the guy at the counter would have to print my file from his computer because my jump drive won't read or the email to print wasn't translated right and nothing printed. I gave up after I was locked out of my Google account because of security concerns after trying to log on at the printer. In the end, 20min later, I got my file printed - then I went to buy a printer so i wouldn't have to come back.
Pretty good service. I've only come here once so far to ship a package and it was really quick and easy.
I've used them several times to print cards and presentation materials. I've never had a bad experience, and the staff has always been pleasant.
