They rock! They consistently have deep sales, rotating featured products frequently. The only time they don't offer advice or knowledge is when you don't ask! They go out of their way to please each customer.
This is a fantastic locally owned company. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They carry a lot of plants! From cut flowers for special occasions, house plants and outdoor trees to bonsai trees they have a great selection. They also have many specialty home and garden items--fountains and yard furniture as examples. They are price competitive with other nurseries in town but don't compete with Walmart or Lowes--to be fair, Gainan's products are much, much higher quality in my opinion. Most of their outdoor plants have a year warranty that Gainan's will honor (I had to return a plant and it was a hassle free process) This store is convenient for Heights residents, I recommend you check them out.
Very helpful and knowledgeable. My grandmother who has trouble walking was able to get in and out quickly with everything she needed.
