He took customer service above my expectations and I hadn't seen that kind of service in years...I ordered online for pickup in store and when I arrived there had been quantity errors and they didn't have what I ordered...and so he refunded me and let me get part of my purchase that was in stock...thanks again Justin!
I have a beautiful schnoodle that (had) the most biggest beautiful black beard and cuddly face. Well I told the groomer I just wanted an eye trim so he could see better. They ended up shaving all the hair off his face. I'm disappointed and will never get him groomed here again. At least not for a trim.
This is a smaller store than the west end location, but had much more to offer in terms of discounted items like live plants and frozen food. The prices are often much better than the west end location as things that are perfectly fine go on clearance, just because they're overstocked.
I think the fish here seem to be sick often so I don't buy fish from this store. But the cats in the adoption center have the greatest enclosure with glass to be seen and hiding spots to rest. The staff are very friendly. I love this store.
