UPDATE:
Honest, fair, and speedy! As a young woman, I'm intimidated about going into auto shops alone. Steve however, treated me as an equal and was very honest and helpful from the start. I will continue to go to Bench Auto Repair for all of my car's maintenance.
Steve & his guys were friendly, sincere, helpful, & honest in checking my vehicle out. They didn't treat me like a female in any way, instead I was treated like a person. I just got an appointment for an assessment but the fair & locally owned plus honest work ethic so far so good. Will update review as assessment & work on my vehicle is finished.
Steve and the guys are great to work with. They don't do unnecessary work. They have always treated me fairly.
I wouldn't know who to take my car to if it wasn't for Bench Auto Repair & without hesitation would recommend them. In fact I already plan on scheduling more work next month with them.
Just got my car repair quote/estimate from Steve who helped me with figuring what my extended warranty covered & I would need to pay for out of pocket. He went the extra mile & even prioritized repairs that I would have to pay for plus even showed me what was on list while my car was on the lift. Immediately scheduled an appointment to get some of things off the list taken care of which I planned on. The ONLY thing is that they're really busy & booked out approximately a week out but that's okay because there's a good reason for that. I'll update after getting some work on my car.
The Bench Auto Repair Team made me feel good about my car being in the shop despite none of the repairs being covered by my extended warranty from Endurance Direct (which I thought some would have been). I also felt comfortable leaving my vehicle in their care & Steve answered all my questions, never making me feel silly or dumb.
Competitive pricing, clean and profesional facility, punctual and friendly. Very pleased with their service and will continue to trust them.
Dropped off my car @ 8am today for replacement of 3-motor mounts, power steering belt, & tension check for drive belt. Mike & his team had my car done around 1pm which is amazing. He also had an itemized list of what needs to be done which was sorted by priority, top being most important.
