Customer service at this hotel is amazing! The breakfast was also superb. My complaint was that the room was pretty dated (for what we paid, we expected something nicer). The pillow cases were dirty (or maybe just stained?) And the headboards were dusty. The heater/AC was noisy; I slept with earplugs in because of it. But despite my complaints about the room quality the customer service was really very, very good.
Room and breakfast were great only real complaint was the hot tub wasn't hot at all and the pool had junk all over the bottom
We are a military family and are doing a PCS move from Ga to Washington State. So we only try to stay at country inn's. This one by far is the BEST one we have stayed at! I wish i could remember everyones names. But the front desk lady was so nice. The breakfest lady was moving and cleaning and so friendly! Great place to stay! Traffic was a little nosey but thats why i travel with a fan ;). Awesome experience here!
We rented a meeting room for a baby shower. It was decent sized, set up with tables and chairs and worked with what we needed it for.
Lovely hotel, great location for our business needs, very clean. No working electrical outlets in bathroom or two separate walk outlets in sitting room area, in the morning when needing to dry my hair. Had to get into another room to dry hair with blow dryer. Very unhappy with delay to my very tight and early business schedule.
