Highly recommend!
The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was good with lots of variety. Could use a little more parking and some more info in the room about nearby restaurants or businesses. Overall a very good stay, would recommend.
This hotel was located very close to the airport and the Metra which was very convenient. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
I was there for my sister's Surgery, so I was in & out of the hospital at strange times.
This is very convenient if you are visiting someone at the hospital. The rooms are clean . but when checking in the hotel employee informed me that my card had been declined. I asked why they ran my card before I even checked in. She informed me that lots of hotels do this to guarantee the room. I have never had any other hotel do this. I went into the hospital for surgery the next day. I had reserved the room for 2 nights which I paid for when I checked in. My mom decided to stay one more night which she paid for. Then when checking my balance I noticed that the hotel not only charged both myself and my mom for the 3rd night. But they had charged me 25$ more than the Travelocity price. After a couple of phone calls I got the third night removed but was told that the extra was taxes. Not sure what tax we don't have sales taxes in Mt. Then when they took the third night off. They put 105$ on hold on debit card. I don't recommend this place. There are other options near hospital.
Very accommodating while staying in town for a relative's medical stay. The rooms are clean and quiet. I always stay here when I'm in town.
Bed was wonderful, staff was courteous & let you keep your own schedule.
