I would give a zero if I could. Terrible people they should be ashamed. Bought and traded a vehicle lied like no other about how much they where worth. Bought extra coverage from Zurich through auto magic. They put the insurance and auto together so there's not a separate bill. Went to cancel Zurich signed the paper work waited but nothing was happening and they refused to answer our phone calls. We call Zurich and they have no records of us ever having coverage with them. Auto magic pocketed the money for the insurance. Not to leave out all the problems this vehicle has. DO NOT BUY FROM AUTO MAGIC. I wish people could be trusted but they can't.
Just bought a car from these guys a week ago, first used car dealer purchase and i have to say it was good, they had the perfect car for me and even got me financing lower than my local credit union could, i would definitely recommend them to all my friends
