So far, we have had a very good experience dealing with Bretz RV. Our salesman, Ethan, was pleasant and patient , answering all our questions. We appreciated that he had a low pressure approach. He also made a follow up call to ask about our experience. We were very happy with the price. The staff at the front desk and parts department were all very friendly and helpful as well.
The only down fall is they are SO busy that sometimes you can feel they are a little rushed (if we come back to get propane), but you can’t blame them!
We have now been to Bretz RV, Billings three times and have had great customer service each time. There was an issue with our trailer that was not visible at the time of purchase , and that they could not have been aware of, but Bretz service department got us in as quickly as they could and ALL the staff we encountered while waiting were VERY friendly and helpful.
We are on vacation and had our main slide quit working. Made an appointment at the Billings store for the following week as we were headed that way. Got us in at 10:00 and on our way by 3:00!! Each staff member we encountered was very pleasant and personable! They moved our trailer in the shop plugged us in so we could leave our 2 shepherds in the garage with the AC running. We had a salesman (sorry I don't remember your name but I know you remember the 4 crazy old people!) spend a lot of time showing us trailers that he knew we were not going to buy but answered all of our questions about them. The parts people who joked with us while we tried out the new furniture on display, our service guy Kirk who kept us informed with several contact calls. Even the tech came out and shook my hand while explaining that he fixed up all of our loose trim and re-leveled our trailer! We are so thankful that we stopped in here!! We are back on our adventure thanks to Bretz awesome staff!!

Great selections. Prices are ok. Do your homework. Never pay sticker for a new RV. Parts and service are good. Be sure to make an appointment. Generally if you didn't buy it from them you need to go elsewhere for service.
Great prices! Great selection. But the best customer experience. If you want an official purchase go here. You get treated like celebrities the minute you walk in for your “walk through” - name tags, drinks, folders, etc. very professional financial dealings and then the walk through. I can’t say enough good things. Plus they offer 24/7 water fill and dumping stations.
In March we purchased a 2017 Passport from Bretz RV in Billings, MT. We have had the opportunity to use on multiple trips that total well over 30 days of use. We absolutely love this unit and it is a perfect fit for our needs. It is very ultralight and has great clearance that allows us to take it places that I would not have taken our old unit. As with all new units, some minor issues of come up and Bretz has always been there to get us back on the road camping. Bretz provided us with competitive pricing and great service on this unit.
