I have had several BAD experiences car shopping, including being chewed out for making "too low an offer" on a car that the salesman didn't even realize he had on his lot. I've left feeling cheated, and sworn I would never buy from a dealership again. When my husband told me we needed to look for a new car, I instantly dreaded the experience. But I'm happy to report this was not like any of my previous experiences. Carlos was great to work with. He answered as many questions as he could before we even came into the dealership. He took our offer seriously and was respectful in how he treated us. There was NO pressure and the financing process was painless. The prices are aggressive which is why we chose to make the 3 hour trip to Billings. We couldn't find a better deal where we live in Wyoming. I would gladly make that trip again, because the experience was worth it.
We pulled in to just "look" at vehicles, after I had a sour experience with a new/used dealership in town. I liked the polish and shine look driving by, and it had a classy feel for a used car lot. I work in sales, and I appreciate working with a person who is willing to spend time with you, qualify your needs, show options, and "make" a deal. I even spent a bit over my budget, but because of the back and forth talking and openness I feel better for the extra money spent. This is because the money was in all the right places of the deal. Will definitely go back for the next vehicle purchase.
