So upon contacting the dealership again, they say "well i want MY mechanic to look at it" again and never got back to me....again. I got ahold of them after a few days and said i wanted a different car and they were EXTREMELY reluctant but agreed to try. Now this is where it gets GOOD.

After picking a car blah blah they told us (mom and I) that they were going to put ger 2015 toyota corollas VIN # and pictures on the paperwork, and "act" like they were trading in her car but actually take my car instead. We asked Tom, the head salesman right then and their "isnt that fraud?" To which he replied, "Well ya, but it's for your son". He then proceeded to tell us it wouldnt affect her title whatsoever (a lie) Needless to say we left after saying no. (He was very adamant about getting us to do this).

So I've had two bad experiences with these guys and I've heard a lot of bad things about them. When I was 21 years old I brought my 2001 F150 into them to trade, along with 3000 dollars in hand because I wanted to upgrade my truck. I wanted to test drive a 2005 F150 king ranch and the salesman said no problem. Then he took my license and took it to the owner and I could hear the owner say that he didn't want a punk kid to be driving any of his vehicles. So the salesman offered to take me for a ride but told me I couldn't drive. Now I may have been 21 years old but I was far from a punk kid. I was a straight a student who also served in the army and I didn't like being treated like that so I decided that if he didn't want my business then he wouldn't get it. So now I drive a 2005 f350 and I'm in the same situation, just looking to upgrade. So a week ago I decided to give them a second chance because I feel in love with a truck on there lot. It's a 2011 f350, black, lifted and just a nice truck all around. I went in and test drive it and it took some time but I decided that I wanted the truck. I filled out the paperwork, got approved though my bank and had one request. The one request was that my mechanic checked it out before I bought it. The really tried to pressure me into buying it and I wouldn't budge for two days so they said they would take it over the next mourning. Guess what, they never took it over so I called and they said the only way they would take it there is if I signed the bill of sale. I told them that I wouldn't until my mechanic checked it over and they told me they couldn't do that. It's a 30,000 dollar truck and I didn't want to get screwed so I gave up on getting it. Two days later they call harassing me, wondering why I haven't come in and bought the truck. It's really upsetting because I really wanted the truck but they didn't seem to care about me at all, and they tried play me for dumb multiple times. I highly recommend you don't use these guys because they will lie to you, and try to pressure you into buying the juck that sits on there lot.

Ok guys so if anyone is considering buying a car, I STRONGLY (and I cannot emphasize this enough) DO NOT recommend Big Country Autos. I went in to trade in my 2002 ford taurus ses and put 500 down on a 2003 cadillac cts. I asked them to check the vehicle for defects before i left the lot with it. Look under the hood hook up a scanner and it seems good to go, and they sold me a power train warranty with the vehicle to cover issues if they should arise.

Crappy cars, shady sales men that are absolutely rude. Once they sell you there pos car good luck getting ahold of them. Don't waste your time or money going to them

UPDATE; I am very happy too repor t thatbi have rwturned the vehicle and gotten my money back. Steve called me and said he wanted to fix it and after i couldn't find another car i liked, he gave me my money back and took the car. Im glad this was resolved and i was able to move on! Thank you steve for your help!

Well upon speaking to other dealerships, we find out that they are very well known for shenanigans and have been in trouble with the law before. I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT THEY ASKED US TO COMMIT A FELONY. GUYS THEY TRIED TO TITLE SNATCH MY MOMS CAR AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. I am now stuck with a lemon of a car and not sure what to do.

Marty and Steve are awesome guys

Well about two weeks in the car starts going bumpy so i take it to a mechanic to find that a cv joint needs replacing as well as an o2 sensor. Warranty company wont cover it so im stuck trying to figure out what to do. I reached to the dealership who told me that tgey "Want their mechanic to look at it and that theyll call him and schedule an appointment" and gave me no response after about a week so i was stuck with that one. Well a few weeks later my car starts smoking and it turns out the engine needs about $2300 in gasket and other such repairs because it's leaking oil practically everywhere. Warranty company tells me no because they only want to cover it as "part of another repair" despite that in the contract it states that any internally lubricated part is covered.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE FRAUDS! Their word means absolutely nothing. All they want is your money and maybe get satisfaction out of screwing people over. Also if you want friendly you’ll find more of that in a jail house. Strongly consider a different dealer ship save your time and money. These guys are what give car dealers a bad name. Unbelievable is what they are.
