I took my 95 Chevy k1500 to put tires on. I provided my own tires all I wanted was to them to put them on. For 88.00 I thought sure why not. Well my pick up went in there perfectly fine beside we needed the tires changed. When my pickup was done and out of the shop the tires were on but they were slanted in and squatting. When I tired to talk to the shop manager about this problem he shrugged me off. I had to get ahold of the store manager to have them pull it back in to the shop and fix the problem. When it came out the second time there was more problems then the first time. They ruined my all new brakes, rotors, calipers, ball joint, tires, brakes lines, and the list goes on I had put on 2 days before. They caused more then $10,000.00 in damage!! & to add to the situations we went in to fill out an incident claim and was verbally attacked by the shop manager and he told us that he was going to deny our claim and shred it!! Not to mention that all of them had a personal mechanics number on hand you know just in case these things happen!!The only reason I gave 1 star is because you have to for this to be posted. If anyone wants to get tires put on I would pay the extra money to go some where else as this is so uncalled for and unprofessional. Now I am with out a vehicle because of this incident.
Everyone (Kayla, Jay, Mike, Sara, and Cody) were all so extremely helpful. We called ahead, letting Kayla know we'd be a little later. We came in at 640PM and they closed at 7PM, and they were so busy, but all remained very helpful and kind. This is the best experience I, and my grandparents, have had at any Walmart. Thanks to them, they made our unforunate mishap of a blown tire turn into a great customer service experience. (They stayed until 950 to finish our car)
